30-Day Return Window
We stand behind every product in our collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions: it must be unused and unworn, in its original condition with all tags attached, returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Contact our team at support@goldcoastjourneys.com to initiate your return. Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us — unrequested returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@goldcoastjourneys.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances: personalised or custom-made items, personal care goods, items purchased on sale or at a discounted price, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The most efficient way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without providing justification. All standard return conditions apply — the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the credit to your account. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@goldcoastjourneys.com and we will investigate immediately.
