Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 2–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your state and local postal conditions. Remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Destination

Gold Coast Journeys currently ships to the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are located outside the US, please contact us at support@goldcoastjourneys.com to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $200. Orders below $200 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@goldcoastjourneys.com. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
