PRODUCT DETAILS

The Current integrates UK, US, EU (SUA), and AU plug standards into a single compact unit — four plug types in one adapter that fits a shirt pocket. The 4-in-1 design eliminates the need to carry separate adapters or voltage converters for different destinations. The 100V–240V AC universal voltage range means it handles everything from Japan's 100V grid to the UK's 240V without any manual switching. The built-in automatic recovery fuse provides double protection — it trips on overvoltage to protect your devices, and resets automatically once the surge passes. No need to replace fuses or return to a service centre. The three USB-A ports deliver 3.5A each (total 6.5A maximum across all USB ports), suitable for phones, tablets, and most portable devices. The USB-C port outputs 3A at 5V, suitable for fast-charging compatible smartphones and tablets.

A NOTE FROM THE ATELIER

Every socket in the world.
One adapter in your bag.

We added The Current because the alternative was absurd. Frequent travellers were carrying three or four different adapters — one for the UK, one for the EU, one for the US — and still getting caught out by an unfamiliar socket at 11pm in a hotel room with a dead phone. One adapter. Every plug standard. Every country. It is not a luxury. It is the minimum standard a travel essential should meet.

EVERY DETAIL, CONSIDERED

Four plugs.
One adapter.

Most travel adapters solve one problem: they let your plug fit the socket. The Current solves four simultaneously. UK, US, EU, and AU standards are integrated into a single unit that stores in a shirt pocket. No switching, no reconfiguring, no reading the label to check you have the right one. Arrive anywhere. Plug in. Charge everything. Move on.

Surge happens.
Your adapter handles it.

Power grids in developing markets spike without warning. In Southeast Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South America, voltage fluctuations are a daily reality. The Current's built-in automatic recovery fuse trips the instant a surge occurs — cutting power to all connected devices before damage is done. It resets automatically once the surge passes. No replacement parts. No service centre. Your phone, laptop, and tablet stay protected on every trip.

Loved By Our Clients

I travel to thirty countries a year and this is the first adapter I have genuinely trusted with my laptop. The fuse handled a surge in Vietnam that fried a colleague's charger. Four ports, all working simultaneously, every time. Compact enough to forget it is in my bag.

The Primrose color is even more beautiful in person than photographs can fully capture warm, rich, and remarkably versatile. I carried it from the boarding gate in London to dinner in Rome without ever considering a change. The detachable coin pouch is the detail I find myself using twenty times a day.

I have been decanting into plastic vials for years and always end up with fragrance on everything except me. The Scent fills in seconds and has never leaked — not through one long-haul, not through being crushed at the bottom of my carry-on. One of those products that makes you wonder how you managed without it.

I used to arrive from any flight longer than four hours with neck pain that lasted a day. Since The Rest, I have done London to Singapore twice and landed both times without stiffness. The memory foam genuinely moulds to your shape — not marketing language. I wish I had found this ten years ago.

The softness is genuinely extraordinary — I have owned cashmere before but nothing that feels quite like this. The Natural Beige colour is warmer and richer in person. I wore it as a blanket on the flight and as a scarf at the destination. Packs to almost nothing and weighs less than a bottle of water.

My daughter is eleven months old and we flew London to Bali — thirteen hours with a connection. The headphones stayed on for both flights and she slept through the worst of the engine noise. Not a single ear complaint after landing. I recommend these to every parent I know.

The dual time zone sub-dial is the feature I use every single day. One glance tells me the time in London and Singapore simultaneously — no mode switching, no fumbling. The chronograph is precise and the moon phase is accurate. This watch looks twice the price it costs.

The ANC is genuinely transformative on long-haul flights. I flew London to Tokyo and the cabin noise disappeared completely within seconds of putting them on. Thirty hours of battery meant I never worried about charging. The hard case survived checked luggage on four connecting flights without a scratch.

The dual snap closure stays completely shut no matter how full the wallet is. Not once has it popped open inside my bag. It sounds like a small detail but it changes the entire experience of carrying a wallet daily. Combined with the RFID blocking, the security this wallet gives me is exceptional.

I wanted something elegant but practical for frequent travel, and this exceeded expectations. The compartments are thoughtfully designed, making it easy to access everything quickly at the airport. What stands out most is how it ages beautifully over time. It doesn’t just serve a purpose—it becomes more personal with each journey. Subtle luxury at its best.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Need To Know Before Upgrading Your Travel Essentials.

Does it work in Japan and South Africa? +

Yes. The Current covers over 200 countries including Japan (Type A, 100V), South Africa (Type M/N), India (Type D/M), Brazil (Type N), and all countries across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The 100V–240V universal voltage range means no manual switching is required — the adapter handles any voltage it encounters automatically.

Can it charge a laptop? +

Yes, via the USB-C port at 5V/3A. This is sufficient to charge most smartphones and tablets at fast-charge speeds, and will charge most USB-C laptops — though at a slower rate than a dedicated laptop charger. For laptops that require higher wattage (MacBook Pro 14" and above, high-performance Windows laptops), a dedicated laptop charger plugged into the adapter's main socket is the recommended approach. The main socket accepts any standard plug and passes through the full 1920W.

What does the auto-recovery fuse actually do? +

When a voltage surge occurs — common in developing markets where power infrastructure is older — the built-in fuse trips instantly, cutting power to all connected devices before the surge can damage them. Unlike traditional fuses which must be physically replaced after tripping, the automatic recovery fuse resets itself once the surge has passed. No replacement parts, no tools, no service centre — it restores function automatically within seconds.

Can I use it with a hair dryer? +

Yes, for low-power hair dryers (typically travel models rated 1200–1800W at 240V, 600–800W at 100–120V). The Current's maximum output is 1920W at 240V and 800W at 100V. Standard travel hair dryers are designed to operate within these limits. High-powered salon dryers (2000W+) are not suitable. Always check your hair dryer's wattage rating before use — it is printed on the product label or in the manual.

How many devices can I charge simultaneously? +

Four simultaneously — three USB-A ports and one USB-C port, all active at the same time. The total USB output is 6.5A across all ports combined. In practice: charging a phone (1–2A), tablet (2–2.5A), and smartwatch (0.5A) simultaneously is well within the limit. If all four ports are loaded near maximum, each port will deliver slightly less than its rated output — this is normal behaviour shared by all multi-port chargers.
